ZeroEyes’ system operates on an AI-detected, human-verified model. When a potential threat is identified by ZeroEyes’ AI, the detection is immediately reviewed by a trained ZeroEyes Operations Analyst — a human professional — who determines whether the detection is a true positive before any alert or dispatch protocol is initiated. No automated dispatch occurs. All alerting and escalation decisions are made by ZeroEyes Operations Analysts in accordance with established protocols.

This human verification step is a core and intentional component of ZeroEyes’ system design. ZeroEyes makes no representation that its technology will detect every potential threat in every circumstance, and deployment and performance of ZeroEyes’ products and services are governed solely by the applicable customer agreement between ZeroEyes and the deploying organization.
